Content: Guten Tag, ich habe bei Ihnen Türhalter magnetisch über Amazon bestellt. Es waren zwei zwei Sets mit je zwei Haltern. Leider war in jedem Päckchen nur einer enthalten. Subject: Would really like to return toilet roll holder
Content: Would really like to return this but just missed the deadline. The item is not fit for purpose it doesn't allow tissue to easily come out of it if its on a roll which is why I bought it. Please can uou allow me to return it as its nearly £20 for a useless item. I have been away so not had time to look at this

Content: Hi I have contacted you before regarding this issue, but I haven't heard anything back. I cant get the back plate of the part that you screw to the door as the screw is too tight. I have used the sticky pads provided, but they are not very not very good and unstick very easily. Please can you let me know what I can d. Regards Nick

Content: Hi, I love the product but sadly I can't undo one of the back plate screws so I can screw it to the door as the sticky pads are not that good amd dont stick the plate to the door for long.
