Content: I received the IGNPION Seagrass Open Storage Basket that I ordered via the Amazon website, but I’m disappointed to find that it appears to be in poor condition. The wire frame inside is covered in brown, tar- or rust-like patches, which is not what I would expect from a brand new item.

Content: Hi, I ordered your product on amazon:IGNPION Rattan Serving Tray Decorative Display Tray Table Storage Tray Toilet Tank Paper Tray Desktop Organiser Tray for Kitchen, Makeup, Vanity, Napkin, Candle, Ornament (25cm Whitewash)It arrived today, but the basket is not flat on the bottom. It would fit perfectly between my nesting tables, but as it is wonky, it catches and doesn't fit so well. Please advice if you are able to part refund for the inconvenience. Content: The package says it’s delivered and on the photo it is left outside the gate on a main road. Opposite the letter box is a sign that says to gain entry to this property call this number I can supply photos of this. I have checked with my neighbours 1&3 and they have not picked it up. As it was left outside I think it has been stolen pouch pirates that is why we have the sign to call the number
